I have weighed my food in the past and have a good idea on what 4 ounces looks like. I also wear a Fitbit all day to help track calories burned. But maybe it's time to start weighing my food again. I have incorporated weight training into my daily routine. Thanks all

Thanks for the replies. I can say that I pretty much eat the same thing every day and this is the same food I ate when I lost 60 pounds. I realize that exercise can be over-estimated hence the reason I always deduct about 200 calories from what the treadmill lists, and I do not eat my calories burned back. My TDEE is…

Treadmill for 90 minutes - walking at 4.0 for 1 minute then running at 5.5 for 4 minutes, repeat for 90 minutes.

7 days a week I run 5 miles. I have not started any weight training yet. As soon as I introduce weight training, I plan to reduce my running to 3 days a week and weight train 3 days a week.

great job, you look fantastic!! As a fellow 5 footer, I know how hard it can be to lose weight, and how every 5 pounds on or off shows on our short little bodies :) So hats off to you :smile:

When I was doing the Ideal Protein diet I used alot of Walden Farms and most were ok - I did love the maple syrup, not crazy on the salad dressing(only tried 2) did like the ketchup. Good luck.

I too have the camelback, but I also use a water belt that holds 2 bottles of water. When I am not in the mood to use either of those I just bring money with me to get a bottle of water somewhere. Good luck and keep up this renewed sense!!
