I just love turnip fries. Cut and peel the turnip - cut in long thin strips and place on baking sheet with salt, pepper, garlic and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake in the oven on 400 until tender, same tenderness as fries baked in the oven. So delish and I don't even like cooked turnip. Good luck

I am in the same boat - I am only 5 feet tall and I weigh 165 - 2 summers ago I was down to 138 with only 10 pounds to lose till goal but then I got lazy with the exercise and running and back came the weight - so LETS do this!!!
