I hate it. I live in Milwaukee, like 1 mile from the lake, so we get dumped on by a lot of lake effect snow. It makes everything more difficult and I can't run outside. I would go to the doctor... If you've been having pain for months now, I'd say it's time to get it checked out because if you "over did it" (like I did about a month ago), you shouldn't continue to have pain... at least that's what I was advised.

I live in Milwaukee too, and it was so cold out when I woke up I skipped my morning workout too! Luckily there is a small fitness center in the basement of my work, so I plan on working out later today. When I drove to work it was -8F. That is just WAY TOO COLD!

I'm *almost* 5'3" and my ulitmate goal weight is 125. I'm trying to get below 130 at the moment, I'd be happy if I reached 128 and maintained. Everyone is bulit so different. I personally looked way too thin when I was less than 120. Feel free to add me as a friend :)

Sasha is my adorbale little 15lb beagle. I'm at work so I don't have a pic. She was a rescue, I got her after she just turned 1 and had a litter of puppies - she was used as a puppy mill breader and abused :( She's now 5 and just so perfect, no one ever suspects she had a rough start. I <3 dogs :)

The Snowdrift Porter reminds me a lot of the Leinnie's Nut Brown, but I think the Porter is more robust and has a slight coffee-ish + dark chocolate after taste. I could a beer now - any beer, it would definitley help the work day go by faster!!! ;)
