Hi! I was thinking of repeating Insanity--and starting today. I didn't know he had a Max30 out; just watched the ad for it, and it looks crazy! I love this workout--Day 5 of level 1. There is a good amount of cardio in it, thanks to Jillian's philosophy about keeping the heart rate up for maximum calorie burn.

How are doing with the other exercises? If you're doing well with those, then perhaps it's time to move on after a full 10 days of Level 1. I can do only about 10-15 unmodified push-ups, then I really have to switch to modify for the rest of the time. Perhaps you can set a goal of 3, 5, 8, 10, etc., unmodified per session?…

You should have a comma before and after 'dammit', as in "It's not hard, dammit, they're different words." I'm also a HUGE grammar/spelling/punctuation nazi! I don't understand why our system is so ineffective in conveying the importance of good writing skills. *sigh*

I feel the burn every day, but maybe that's a statement on my starting fitness level. I love the muscle pain, though! Day 1 really hurt my lower legs, to the point where the bones ache. So I'm trying to modify the jumping movements. I did day 3, ut because of the leg pain, didn't finish the whole workout.
