Went to Brio Tuscan Grill (Italian chain) and had the Shrimp Mediterranean - grilled shrimp with orzo and lotsa veggies. 470 calories! Mm! Then a movie - but no popcorn. Good day!

I can easily burn 500 in an hour on the high performace trainer at my gym, BUT I am 240 lbs. Alot different than if you're trying the same thing at 150 lbs. Would take alot longer. What is the weight of this person you're trying to emulate? Maybe 500 a day is a little high for much smaller people.

Good lesson, isnt' it? It's your first day logging - you're learning! I try to enter all my food in the morning. It helps to know if I need to trim lunch or beef up dinner. Helps me make better choices. Do not psych yourself out that you've ruined anything. All is well! Happy logging!

I've done it - the chicken soft tacos from TBell or the baked potato from Wendy's. Actually most of the food is in the database, so as long as you count it, why not? The saturated fat is a detractor tho.
