  • Between 11am and 5pm, I've conditioned myself to get up EVERY HOUR from my desk and fill my glass, which is a 24 oz. I'm a classical singer on the side, so I've always been used to lots of water. On the average day, consume usually about 120 oz.

  • Why not trying adding a little flavor/fat to your meals? Some drizzled olive oil, dressing, or delicious sprinkled cheese will add flavor without the bulk. Especially for men, you can up your dairy to fuller fat - skim to 2%, for example, and still get great results. Be well!

  • It's like Dear Abby suggests you reply when someone asks a rude question. 'Why do you ask?' Maybe they don't realize they're pushing food. Try saying 'Why do you think I SHOULD eat that?' Could be a lightbulb moment for them in realizing what exactly they are doing.

  • I do one regular egg and three egg whites. First saute 2-3 cups of spinach until it reduces, then add about 10 chopped basil leaves. Set aside. Pour eggs into pan, set about halfway. Add spinach filling down middle and wrap like omlet. Add some hot sauce and ohmahgoodness, it is great!
