There are lot of "juiced" items in the database, but it is just hard to figure exactly how much juice I created out of some of the items. For example today I juiced kale, and I can't tell exactly how many oz it created. I think I'll just have to guess a little and hope it's semi accurate

It has taken me a long time to realize the importance of feeling good versus looking perfect. I think the media has a lot to do with how I felt about myself and the goals I had. After losing some weight (but not as much as I would have liked) I still didn't feel good. But after much contemplation, I have learned to love…

If its just the carbonation that you crave, you might try sparkling or seltzer waters. They have some flavored ones that taste great!

I've done this with spice cake mix and also carrot cake! I made them into "cookies" but they had much more of a muffin texture. They were moist and delicious though, and a huge hit at Thanksgiving as a substitute for pumpkin pie :)

I just started again today for the 2nd time. I gave up to easily the first time. It is def. something that pushes you. So it's a love hate relationship. Glad to see so many people are doing it too!

Just re-started it today. It was tough to get through the first day. I will be doing it every other day as I work out at the gym also. But I'd love to have people to keep me motivated and on track, as well as help others out!

I actually have both. However, I started with a HRM, and it is defintely more accurate than the ftibit. Each have there own quirks, but if you want to track exercise calories I'd suggest a HRM. The fibit is good for other things, like tracking steps, sleep efficiency ect. If those are areas you are concerned with.

Birth control regulates your hormones, and your migraines may be hormone related. I used to get EXTREMELY bad migraines, I still get them but less frequently and less intense since I've been on birth control. It could just be your bodies reaction to being without it. I'm not an expert and migraines can be very serious, I…

For me K cups are really expensive and I wish they were recyclable. It seems to me a lot of wasted plastic. So I bought the refillable K cup and buy my own coffee. It saves on money big time. Though I am a sucker for flavored coffees, like hazelnut if someone buys them for me. Also I like the hot apple cider, especially in…

My father has been a gardener all his life, and I have picked up on a couple of things. Growing from seed is extremely hard, especially if you are just starting out. I would get small plants that have already started to grow. In the first few weeks of planting new plants in a garden you must make sure to keep them moist!…

I'm a vegetarian and I used to eat all the different morning star products because it was an easy transition for me. It made leaving meat behind easy. And then I read the ingredients and I couldn't imagine it being better for me than a chicken breast because I had no idea what they were made out of. In a pinch they are…

I started it but never completed it but now I am thinking about starting again. I also did not take pictures last time, but I am planning on doing it this time and doing measurements. The only problem I have is doing it everyday. Do people split it up, like every other day. Or would you suggest straight 30 days. The only…

I totally agree. Or I put a mint in my mouth at other times of the day to do the same thing!

I never went on a diet and I lost around 30-35lbs. All I did was cut portions done, focused on eating healthier choices. I also exercised intensely 3-4times a week, or more if I could afford the time. It's about a lifestyle change, not a diet. After I lost the weight I changed to a vegetarian lifestyle and that has seemed…

I would say using a heart rate monitor is going to be the best way to determine calories for that.

Feel free to add me. I'm not new to this but I've had a decent amount of success and would love to help out!

Right-click on the photo you want to post and open it in a separate window or tab. Copy the URL of that window, then paste it in a post. For example, here's the URL of one of my profile pictures: http://photos.myfitnesspalllc.netdna-cdn.com/images/photos/261/869/261869_9974.jpg That's what it looks like if you post just…

This is Sklyar, I found him on my porch last year when it was -3 degrees outside. He is now the love of my life. Unfortunately he is FIV+, but we are making sure he stays healthy so he can live just as long as any other cat. Ps. he is missing some teeth and that is why his tongue sticks out =]
