It might seem like the donut must be thrown into the dark abyss. By journaling on MFP, you get to decide is it worth it and if so how do I incorporate eating that donot into the rest of my food/drink for the day and week. I am 53 and lost 25 pounds almost 2 years ago. Life intervened and now I am back again having gained it back. I am post menapausal and would love to have a support group. Feel free to friend me.

I have lost 25 pounds and I had clothes saved in bins that were a size smaller so I have enjoyed pulling those out. However, I am not going to save the clothes that are to big for me now.

Yes I eat what I want, but I don't want to eat the same things I did before. Now I want to eat all sorts of vegies and fruit and lean protein. I don't call food a treat. its just semantics but it works for me. I plan my meals and snacks for each day. If I decide to have ice cream, i work it into the plan.

Health and well being were the motivating factor for me. I have had a series of life changing events that came in 2007 but rolled through to 2010. I have been on a journey to a new me this past year. I have lost 25 lbs and am working to get into the heathly BMI.

Th:laugh: is is so fun. I have lost an automobile tire and a rack of baby back ribs. I plan to lose a midsize microwave and another rack of baby back ribs for a total of an elephants penis.:laugh:
