    Good luck, to you. I bet you will be pleasantly surprised. The book looked good, think I will order it. I really need to settle into a lifestyle instead of being my own worse enemy. I am a patient person by nature but seems that I am less patient with myself. It is a journey and I just need to find happiness there.
