    Wow! That is awesome. Gives me hope. I just started on MFP about 10 days ago and am 54 years old and 50+ lbs overweight. Diagnosed last year as borderline diabetic and have struggled with stomach problems for the past year. Since I have been doing this site and eating healthy the stomach pain is gone. Thank you for the wonderful encouragement.
