    Eggs and dairy were actually pretty easy. Even giving up meat was easier than I expected.

    Giving up oil is a challenge everyday. It is in almost everything and cooking without it can be challenging.

    I've had success finding product replacements for everything from bread to crackers without oil and I've learned to cook with wine well oil would normally be used.

    I'm learning a little more everyday.
