  • Varies I go through phases mainly whats mentioned here so far in the last few monsth its been wheaten crackers, most recently cottage cheese and it used to be hummous/wasabi peas/cheese/ olives. I seem to be having sushi cravings again. No where to buy it where I work though :(

  • Agreed been once and I have been craving a NY slice since ;D I found it quite easy to eat healthily in NY, unless I found myself in a bar around dinner time. Loads of sushi places around too so thats normally top of my list. Reminds me need to arrange my next trip to the states soon.

  • I go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week consists of running, free weights, machines etc aiming for HIT end up between 500- 700 cals burned, 1200 at peak. Then swim for 20 minutes 300 cals and collapse in a sauna. Also rock climb twice a week normally rthere for 2 - 3 hours. This really burns the energy up. Apart from that…

  • I try to, i found on 1200 caloires roughly I was falling asleep I now eat 1780cals a day and do between 400 and 1000 cal work outs 3 to 6 times a week. Still losing weight and toning up, 6 pounds to go.
  • I had the same issue and changed what food I bought /ate which solved it for me. For example I always have almonds, raisins, salad in the house and eat that as a snack instead of what I ate before.
