For the first time ever I'm in a size 4 (after grabbing 8's and 6's, my old sizes) and literally put them on 2-3 times each before I bought them because I felt sure they would look bad or they wouldn't zip up. It makes me feel kind of crazy, but I know exactly what you're talking about. I still see big me and sometimes…

Bump! I wanna see too! :)

For homemade stuff, I plug in the recipe (click the Food tab, then click Recipe). Then you can adjust it for whatever size portions you're making. It's pretty easy.

I know for a fact you can do just fine being vegetarian. I was a vegetarian for about 8 years and was my heaviest because I ate too much cheese and other high fat foods and didn't know anything about portion sizes. I lost the most weight when I went vegan because I portioned out my meals ahead of time and got plenty of…

I haven't weighed myself in two weeks. I can get easily discouraged by the numbers, so I eat right and exercise, and then when I weigh myself I see a sizable difference. I do occasionally check my measurements though, especially if something is loose that wasn't before.

I agree with a lot of people on here, if you've tried other things, and don't like your coffee any other way, I'd just use it as a treat item. I've traded a lot of my coffee for tea, so I don't mind the additional calories now and then to have my perfect cup of joe!

Envy by Gucci. It's my "sexy" smell. ;)

I'm 5'2" and started at about 180, currently at 131. My goal is 120.

Thanks so much for the feedback guys. Especially tigersword, I think I really get what you mean now. I still need to rethink how I view food.

OMG I'm so glad someone posted about this because I just started using protein powder and I love this one: Optimum Nutrition Performance Whey Chocolate Shake flavor!! I just shake it up in one of those shaker cups with 8oz of skim milk (additional protein) and it legitimately tastes like a chocolate shake. Soooooo good.…

It's getting towards the end of the season for them, but I have been LOVING clementines. They're so sweet and easy and 45 calories. Yum!

Unless you're fibbing about your age, your profile says you're 19. If you're working why don't you use some of your own money for veggies and things? If you don't have transportation or something like that, maybe you can offer to give money towards the things you want or extra chores around the house? (And the extra…

Congratulations! You're gorgeous! :D

Is the rest before the race just so my muscles are relaxed and fully capable?

Thanks everyone so far! You've given me a lot to think about!

Bump. I still have cans myself!

I think this depends a lot on your height to begin with. I don't know how MFP takes into account the dietary needs for short girls, but at 5'2" 1200 calories is what I maintain on, meaning I do my best to eat less than the 1200 regardless of what I burn from exercise. Now, if I may impart a word of warning, I would not…

For obvious reasons, anything without additives and additional oils/sweeteners/etc are going to be better than those with them, but other than that, as long as the calories fit into your day, it's completely fine. There are fats in peanut butter which a lot of people use to give PB a bad rap, but it's plant oils that are…

I bought Champion brand racerback compression sports bras from Target when they were on sale for $10 each. I'm a D cup, and the compression paired with the racer back style really helped hold 'em in. I do recommend that whatever you get, to get a size smaller than you think. You want it to be tight. Not that it should be…
