I'm 319lbs. My calorie allowance is 1670 per day. I'm sedentary and have my excercise goal at the lowest of 30 mins 1 x week (which it puts at 350 calories burned) I have mine set this way to get the minimum allowed amout of calories to lose 2 lbs a week. I agree with Christina0089... pretty much any low calorie or low carb plan will work if you are dedicated to it. Finding what works for you is the key to sticking with the change and having success with it! good luck! I know you can succeed!

2 shakes a day, staying around 1200-1300 calories a day (sometime more, sometimes less), and exercise seems to be working for me. I've been doing this since 01/24/2012 (one month today) and have lost almost 15 lbs. I'm looking forward to seeing what I lose in my 2nd month of doing this. Hollie
