I put restraints on to what I can have, so usually each day its some type of chocolate. I calculate it into my points and I eat it VERY SLOWLY!! Then I hide the other temptations. It seems to work for me :)

Go to the Disney food blog. This will help you decide what you would like to eat and where. I have also purchased her book and there are quite a few options on there to eat healthy. I personally will be eating what I want just in moderation along with a good cardio session every day.

Hey all, I went in November of 2011 weighing about 230, I currently weigh 207 and I am looking to have a celebration trip when I reach my goal weight of 145. So this group is great for me :) I am already a mousejunkie so why not be in a group to celebrate weight loss for the mouse.

I keep my hands busy at night when I am home. I found that if I just sit and watch TV I will eat even though I am not hungry. SO i started finding things to do :)

If you have netflix, go on there and do a kickboxing workout. You lose around 600 calories for 30 mins

I do that too. SO far it has worked well for me. I usually plan for each meal and add the calories the meal before I eat them so I can make sure I have enough.

I have the same problem and I noticed it when I first started MFP. What I do is find something to do with my hands. Once I distract myself for awhile I ask myself am I really hungry. The answer is always "no" and then the urge is over.

I used the bobble, you can get it at target it I had no problem with it. I also use the brita pitcher at home and I love that too.
