Food by far. It took two weeks for me to get use to regular exercise and after 5 months, I actually look forward to it. Food is a constant battle, I can't be around pizza and not want to eat it. I actually throw out all take-out flyers now and avoid buying junk so its not in the house.

Ok thanks! I get the majority of fat from nuts, seeds and meat. So does this mean I can indulge on "fatty foods" Ive been skipping like cheese, gravy and ice cream?

So my week so far is 25% carbs, 30% protein and 45% fat. Thats a good balance? I was aiming for 30/40/30, but I wanted to see if lowering my carbs would make a difference since my weight loss has stalled the past month.

Thanks everyone :) As for leg exercises I just squat, lunge and do step-ups everyday. I started using 2 10lbs weights a few weeks ago. I also started taking a kickboxing class between picture 2 and 3 which is when I started seeing changes in my bottom half.

^^^^ THIS. Btw, you look amazing :) I've never been a clean eater, in fact my five year old eats better than me when it comes to whole foods. Eating clean is something I am learning to do simply because I want to be healthy. However, If i banish all the things I crave (Pizza, French Fries and Chicken Wings), I gorge on…

I just started 30DS today and I picked up the two 10 lb. weights I've been using and I had to lower the weight on level 2. I'm excited to see the results, but its defiantly not going to be a relaxing walk in the park!

Everything looks better standing up, but my biggest problem is my thighs. They're way less jiggily since I've started working out, but they are so thick. I definitely consider them a problem.

I take a womans multivitamin and cod liver oil. I drink whey protein. I love my spice rack. I eat chicken salad 4-5 times per week, fish 2 times per week, tons of fruit and veggies.

from 14 to 20, I suffered from depression and I was smoking weed everyday. I got pregnant with my son at 20, so I quit and I didn't feel depressed and I had a lot more motivation to do things. When my son was 1 and I was 22, I started again. First occasionally, but quickly I was doing it daily. I no longer wanted to…

I love bad boys, but they cant be trusted. Bad boys are fun, but I like to be waited on....not waiting around. So nice guys that behave badly in bed works for Me.

I dont understand all the negetive comments, the girl looks great! I think its jealousy. Anyways, I can definatly see changes. Your booty looks more lifted and your waist is more defined. Keep it up and congrats on the new baby ;)

Waist 26" Hips 37" I dont know what weight I have to be to achieve that, but Ive started strength training which I think…

If you only have a budget of 20$ a week, don't buy junk food and processed food! That is a waste of money. Buy whatever fruit and vegetables are on sale, whole wheat bread and eggs.

I weight every morning before I jump in the shower. I measure the 1st of every month.

Personal insecurities. A history of blood clots. A family history of heart attacks. Would like to have a second child and be a healthy weight before doing so.

When is is considered "lifting Heavy"? Is a gym required to do so and is it good to start off with light weights as I am doing?
