Small changes (pics)
I started "eating cleaner" and walking more at the beginning of the year. My energy has significantly improved and now I am able to jog (5mph) for up to an hour. I recently started taking kickboxing 1-2 nights a week, so I'm hoping to see some more progress. I love when others share pics, so I thought I'd do the same :)

I hate strength training!! but i don"t want to be skinny-fat
I do cardio everyday (jogging) and kickboxing one day a week. I can't seem to get motivated or get into a routine of doing strength training. I just do know when, what or how long to do each exercise. What is a good way to make it fun? When should I do it? Rep Suggestion would be good too :)

Can you change your shape? (apples to pears, etc)
If I wanted a larger bum, could I strength train the bottom and not the top? Or if I wanted an hour glass shape, could I just work the middle? I understand there is no such thing as spot reduction, but I'm wondering about building muscle. If you only work one muscle, do the others stay the same?

how accurate is my home treadmill?
Ive been told some machines can over estimate the burn, so I always deduct 50 calories to be in the safe side. Is this too much/little?
