Starting 30 Day shred

I find the "Success Stories" of mfp to be a huge motivation when I just don't feel like working out. After seeing so many amazing results and success stories, I've decided to give in and give it a try! I will be tracking my progress starting with my before (which I will post last today), Day 10, Day 20 and Day 30. If anyone would like to join me feel free to add me :)
