I currently aim to burn 300 calories, 6xs a week through exercise.
Im thinking of increasing my goal and taking an extra rest day, however...
I was doing 600/5xs a week and I found I was always hungry and often binging on my rest days. After 6 weeks I felt burnt out and had only lost 6lbs.
What is you calories goal to burn and how msny days a week do you achieve it?
