Unfortunatly you cant spot reduce. Ive lost 1 cup size, 7 inches of my waist. 2 inches off my hips and knly. 5 off my thighs which are my trouble zone. It will come off where it wants to, when it wants to. Just stick with it!

Thanks all!! Still not at the goal, but seeing the progress definitely helps me stay motivated to stick with the diet and push harder during the workouts :)

I'm on level 3 day one and I'm already seeing a difference in my stomach and arms. I have also tweaked my diet slightly by aiming for under 80g of carbs a day which I think is why the results are showing. I think the main thing for my tummy was the cardio. Every time I'd run or do Kickboxing I felt it jiggle and I figured it was jiggling the fat away. I haven't done a single crunch up until 3 days ago. I think the kickboxing made the difference in my mommy pouch though.

I just started using weights for my squats and deadlifts. I only use 2 10# weights, but I'm going to increase weight in a week of so. Its a good start if you've never used weights before. Don't waste your time with anything smaller than 8 lbs.

I net my bmr of 1490. I also take a multivitimin and a cod liver oil capsule daily. If I eat one high carb day wont it make me crave more carbs on days to follow?

I like the privacy. I keep my diary to keep ME accountable. Somedays I want to eat 4 slices of pizza and I don't want to be judged. It's locked with a key, so if someone asks what I am eating I'm happy to share.
