I do love vegetables. I find chopping vegetables and cooking in general to be relaxing. It averages out to 7.4 servings of fruit/veg per day (I've been tracking).

I find that I have 'food phases' when I'll consume a particular food or meal about once a day. Last month it was waffles and poached egg, this month I'm back to oatmeal.
