I had a good week! 176.8 today. I haven't worked out this week either, except once. I guess the stress of going back to school and the switch from lightly active to on my feet all day did it. I weighed less Wednesday, but I ate too much Friday and Saturday.

I packed my own when we had in-service week before last. I also refused to go out to eat with the others, and they called me anti-social, but I don't care. I worked to hard to throw it away. And maybe it is rude to offer unhealthy food with no healthy alternative.

There are some good ideas here. I appreciate the negative calorie foods...news to me! I agree finding time to exercise will be rough. I am also working on my Master's degree and I have to force myself to go workout. It will take me several weeks to establish a new routine that incorporates it all, but I will do it!

I weigh in at 179.7. I am up from 178.8 yesterday. I went to Mexican last night. I had tilapia and sodium, I am sure, lol.

179.5 pounds today. Still rounds to 180, but I have held this since Wednesday. Maybe next week I can officially claim the 170's!
