Mine quit working this morning as well. I'd had no trouble for months until today. My MFP logged calories show up on Fitbit, but my steps aren't showing up on MFP.

Sweet & hot mustard is my favorite for hard boiled eggs...really any kind of flavorful mustard or thick hot sauce (like chili sauce or sriracha) is good.

I always have a morning snack and an afternoon snack at work, in addition to eating my breakfast and lunch there. Nuts, string or sliced cheese and whole grain crackers, yogurt, protein shakes, granola bars, instant oatmeal packets, hard boiled eggs or egg muffins, raw veggies & dip, rice cakes w/peanut butter or laughing…

I believe I've had depression and anxiety my entire life. It runs in my family big time. I've been in counseling off and on for at least the past 15 years and have tried almost every medication under the sun. My anxiety has been much worse over the past year due to my own health problems including two surgeries in 2015,…

I love using cooked green lentils and crumbled tempeh as a substitute for ground beef/turkey in sloppy Joe's or tacos. Just add the same flavoring/sauces you normally would. I've been on a huge lentil soup kick the past several months. Out of the half dozen or so recipes that I've tried, this one was probably the best and…

LOL!!! You're probably right. ;) Thanks, I think?! :)

I just started using my Fitbit Charge on Monday and it hasn't synced with MFP much at all. Some of the meals I've logged into MFP will show up on my Fitbit app, but not all, so it's not accurate. None of my steps/calories burned per the Fitbit have showed up on MFP. I've also been having a lot of problems with the MFP…

Never. When you're a woman over 30 apparently you become invisible. Or maybe I'm just fugly. :D I'm a friendly and approachable person too, generally have at least a slight smile on my face, so I don't think I give off a "don't talk to me" vibe...so I'm going with fugly. :/

I'm in! Lately I've been in a bad 2-3 glasses of red wine per night habit, not to mention all the sugary speciality cocktails I consumed over the holidays. The booze is definitely showing on my waistline. So I've decided to cut out (effective yesterday) any alcohol consumption unless I'm out for a social engagement, such…

I have a desk job too. When the weather permits, I go for a short walk (15 mins) around my office's campus once or twice per day just to get me moving a little bit. It really helps me feel re-energized and refocused. And although I am NOT a morning person at all, I found that trying to get my workouts in after work was…

Confession: I think one of the main reasons I'm having such a hard time losing weight is because I love smokin' the reefer, and then I get the munchies and can't stop munching. :p

Do you drink alcohol? If you drink a lot, that'll definitely contribute to a gut and love handles. I am going alcohol-free for the month of September to see if that helps me! :drinker:

You had me at chocolate peanut butter!!!

Oreos and Doritos. And fresh bakery bread...I could easily eat an entire loaf of French bread in one sitting.

I agree with you--deep cleaning or spring cleaning, where you (me, anyway) are at it for several hours at a time, constantly moving, does count as exercise, particularly when you have a sedentary desk job like I do. If it's normal everyday pick-up, then no. I'm in the process of moving and I do actually feel a little sore…

I'm 5'5.5" and my goal weight is 120-125. I usually "settle" around 130-135 if I don't workout or watch what I eat at all; for instance today I weighed in at 134 but I just came back from a vacation where I consumed a ton of booze & not-so-healthy food. I'm 33 years old. My main problem is body fat...even though I'm a size…

I was mostly referring to the PJs, but judge away if it makes you feel better about yourself.

Yoga pants and a t-shirt/tank top is about as far as I'll go. I have made a couple emergency runs to the grocery store or pharmacy when I was really sick and desperate for comfort, but even then I wore a matching velour tracksuit (are those things even "in" anymore?) over a tank top, put my unruly hair in a ponytail and…

^^^Come on over, there's enough carbs for everyone!

I hibernate. I eat a lot of carbs--mac & cheese, hot dish, cheesy potatoes, etc. I watch a lot of TV and movies, read, and basically melt into my couch for 4-5 months. I gain 10 lbs of insulation, which falls off around April-ish once the days get longer & warmer.

There are so many, but so little time (I'm headed to a work potluck...I WILL try to log those calories best I can). So for now, here's my most recent: - I ate 4 cookies last night but only logged 2. And probably 1-2 cookies worth of raw dough. - I only did 1/2 of the Killer Buns & Thighs DVD last night. My cat was being a…

I think I'm hourglass? 35 bust, 27 waist, 38 hips. I'm 5'6". I'd maybe like to lose another 1/2"-1" off my waist, but I'm pretty happy with things the way they are currently.

Because it's not 1 or 2 days when you have family, a career and an active social life--there are parties and events every week for like two months straight. I already have three different holiday office parties on my calendar, there will be celebrations with my immediate family and my extended family, plus parties with my…

I have a headache, can't focus, am in desperate need of a back rub and a hug, and wish I were still sleeping. Other than that, I'm borderline amazing.
