I'm 3/4 German and 1/4 Native American. People have asked me on several occasions if myself and my children are Russian. Russians come up to us at the playground and the grocery store and talk to us all the time =)

This happened to me alot when I wasn't eating enough protein. Keep a jar of peanut butter in your car and eat a spoonful or two if you're feeling like this. It always helps me to feel better. I use cleaning as an exercise, but on MFP you have the option to change the number of calories burned, so I cut the number they give me in half - same thing for swimming. This is the same way I approach cooking/cleaning. I usually don't log cooking because I make most dinners in under 30 minutes, but when I spend a whole Sunday cleaning I definitely log it!

I agree with this - I was shocked when I first joined MFP and saw how nasty some people were. It made me think twice about the whole program. We all have the same goal so why wouldn't we be supportive of each other?

I've been trying to lose weight for 2 months and so far I've lost 56 sticks! lol! It's funny that's how you look at it, my coach just said the same thing a few days ago - that's how she pictures weight loss also. Great visual!
