This is a last resort situation. My husband is in a public service job and works 120 hours a week. I am asking because if one thing goes off track when you are working and single momming it with 4 kids your whole day goes off track........ my family and their food are my first priorities or I wouldn't be asking.

If you cut them in half and spread some honey or sprinkle brown sugar on top, then broil until its all nice and caramelized -- You are in for a treat. Try it warm sometime. It changes the experience entirely.

I love marinading portabellas in balsamic dressing and then slicing for stir fry or fajitas with lots of veggies. Very filling and delicious.

Make a paste of good quality olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, kosher salt, cracked pepper, and lots of yummy rosemary and coat a leg of lamb. Refer to the packaging for recommended Temps and time. It's amazing served with a pine n nut couscous to soak up all the lovely juices. Love lamb. This made me hungry.

Nothing wrong with bananas and celery. I just wanted some other options. I read that lima beans were good too, but I'm not gonna eat them every day. I like to change things up.

Cover it and let it all soak in on the way to work or dropping kids off at school. Within 5 to 10 minutes its all creamy and delicious.…

I love to saute it in Sesame oil with garlic and onion. Then add a splach of rice wine vinegar at the end as a side with broiled fish. Yummy with chicken stir fry too. I need to try it with the mushrooms. That sounds amazing.

I love it. Johnsonville makes a great apple chicken sausage. I pair mine with roasted yukon gold potatoes and veggies. I also like to keep them in my fridge for quick lunches (work/and home).
