I am also 5'4" and also have curves. I am currently at 166 and in a size 12. Unlike so many others on here I wold love for my chest to go down with my weight but so far I have only lost 10lbs and my chest is still the same size.

There is a Jillian Micheals set that has a 5lb, 10lb and 15lb with it it cost around $30.00. That has worked great for me as I can change the weight depending on the exercise.

I have the Bob Harper DVDas well and really like them. Started with the one that came with the kettlebell and then ordered more. I also have the Shred it With Weights but have not tried it yet.

Yes, they use weights. I have the the Jillian Michaels set that has 3, 5 and 8 lb. The set was under $30.00 and I figured that I would continue to use them so worth buying them. Hello All... today will be my 3rd day of level 1. I am loving 30 DS! As of yesterday I have also decided to do a 30 min. kettlebell work out with it on three days a week. Last night was the first time that I did both and my body is hating me today!!! Tonight will be a relief to just do 30DS.

I have both and I love them. But, i must admit that ZUMBA 2 is better. Plus, when you set up your profile it will calculate your calories burned at the end of your workout. I usually average about 700 calories on a long class which is an hour.

I love it... I have ZUMBA 1 and ZUMBA 2 and I like 2 better. Love the fact that when you set up your profile it will use the info and tell you how many calories your burned.

Guilty for setting it to 2lbs a week. Plus, I was not eating back my exercise calories... realize from reading on here the last two days that is a big mistake.

Ok... I think I figured out how to make my diary viewable... So, today I have changed my calories to 1500 and 40/30/30 but not sure if that is correct. According to www.fitnessfrog.com my BMR is 1542 and TDEE is 2391. So, have the numbers that I have change this to seem more in-line for what I need opposed to the 1200…
