My first two are 3 years 7 months apart and the next two are 4 years 7 months apart so they are 13, 9, and almost 5. Still considering having another one so the oldest and youngest would be at least 14 years apart.

You have lost some serious weight!

I'm in but like others I will tell you my weight Feb.1st as I'm on a good losing streak right now and that is still 10 days from now. :)

5'8" and I'm going for 140 as well! Everyone tells me I look fine now at 160 but I don't feel fine.

Go for it! Breast milk is amazing stuff! It can also be made into yogurt- no joke!

I'm the biggest girl at my Zumba class as well and it makes me sad but it also makes me work harder when I'm there!

An older movie would be Boys On The Side and a newer movie would be The Other Guys.

Thanks Erick! I am down to my last 20 and haven't really been sure how to go about it. I know I had no problem losing the first 62 but the last 20 is stressing me out lol!

I have 2 non-fat lattes a day.... 130 calories each and they are the one thing I can't give up or I would feel totally deprived. And yes it HAS to be 2 not one lol!

Nice! lol! I was ready to share my down sides but this made me smile. :)

It took a little while to work up to it but I can now do 4 miles in an hour which says I burn about 400 calories but then I hear that the calorie counter on here is too generous. Definitely losing inches though!

Iced veinte peppermint mocha with whip cream every single day, sometimes twice a day. Can't believe all the sugar and calories I was pouring in like water! Can't even drink them at all now, way too sweet!

I very rarely eat 1200...try to keep it between 1400-1600 and obviously I'm losing weight with nothing more then a couple 1 hour power walks a week.

I usually have a Luna bar, nonfat latte, and a 32 oz cup of water. Holds me great till lunch! :)

I'm in WA too and last time they just asked if I'm within still within 20 lbs of the weight I had listed and I said yes because I was at that time and now am again! :)

From what I hear from others MFP has the protein set too low and it's GOOD to be under on carbs. :)

I didn't say a word to anyone and patiently waited till someone said something, happened for the first time at -22 lbs for me. :) Next comment I got was at -30 lbs and now at -44lbs everyone notices. :) Good luck!

Do you take fish oil? My son's lips would get really super bad in the winter until he I put him on fish oil now they don't get chapped at all. Good luck!

I hear you! I'm about to hit my 6th month anniversary here and I think man half a year I should be skinny by now!!! It does get frustrating to look at the whole picture I agree with the previous poster who said to break it down into smaller chunks. Sometimes for me even 10 lbs is too much to think about so I think in 5 lb…

I told myself I wouldn't say anything until people started noticing I was losing weight which happened for the first time at -22 lbs. People started asking what I was doing so I have led a handful of people here and now they are losing weight too.

As of today a 5lb water jug/ human leg!! :) This is great!

The first 2 months I lost 10 lbs each then the last 3 months I'm losing 6-7 a month.

As long as I take pre-natal vitamins my nails are rock hard (no I'm not preggo but still take them!) If I don't take them my nails get soft and break off easily.

Use a straw and pound it lol! Goes down faster! I usually drink at least four 32oz cups a day. As soon as I'm done with one I fill it back up and keep it on my kitchen counter and whenever I pass it I will drink some big gulps.
