That little item you fit into your calories, just 'cuz?

Mine's a bottled frappuchino. I do try to buy the ones that are light and have only 100 calories, though.

    I have 2 non-fat lattes a day.... 130 calories each and they are the one thing I can't give up or I would feel totally deprived. And yes it HAS to be 2 not one lol!

    I don't drink at all, but I can't imagine limiting myself to coffee only once a week. :)

    flavored creamer in my coffee, I finally was able to cut out the sugar, but I can't live without fat free french vanilla coffee creamer at 30 calories a tbsp (and I have at least 5-6 a day)
