I missed a period, just started finally 2 days ago and its been an awful period. But I think its pretty common to miss a period when you starting working out really hard. Hormones change.. ect. Id test just to make sure... but you'll probably start the minute u take a pee test... lol. :)

I used to drink soda every day- I now only allow myself a soda on the weekends if it fits within my allotted calories. :)

I got one, had it for like 3 hrs and took it back. I didnt give it a fair chance, will probably buy another one. It seems really motivating. My sister in law has one and loves it!
