Spelt bread at Sunflower. Their brand. 40 calories per slice, very dense, and oh so good. It really fills you up! Who knew spelt could be so yummy?

Make your pizza using tortillas. I broil a tortilla on one side, flip it, add the sauce veggie and a little bit of cheese and then broil that side. Really yummy!

Another thing you might want to try is sticking your washed grapes in the freezer. I prefer red. They are soooooooo good. Taste like little spheres of sorbet. Also yummy is frozen raspberries. Someone else said peaches. Frozen bananas are delicious. A small bowl of frozen grapes really takes the edge off for me.they just…

I LOVE frozen grapes! I prefer the red ones. Just had a cup. Felt like I was eating candy. :wink: Never thought about raspberries! Not crazy about blueberries...but I'm going to try it. I might like them. Thanks for the tip!

I'm giving up alcohol, chocolate, maybe all sweets.... (jury is still out on that one) limiting my FB to 20 minutes a day. Also the scale, I get weighed once a week where I work out. I think I'll let her weigh me, but not tell me. As some others have said, I would like to be in my Bible every day.
