I blend A LOT!!! I eat veggies with a fork too, but I cannot get the 5-7 serving of veggies if I didn't blend.

Sofrito is to precook or preheat some of the ingredients in a meal. It is like a mother sauce. The part "frito" is literally "fry". For example if I'm cooking beans Im trowing sofrito in the pan with olives, carnation leaves, onion wheels before putting the beans and water.

One of my goals was to be a one digit size for jeans. Until I went to a salvation army store and had all this jeans from all sorts of brands about the same size with different numbers on their tags!

That is why i don't make recipes on mfp. You have to figure out HOW much it turn out to be, then determine your serving size maybe by the amount of calories you would like your serving to be, and then divide by how much the entire thing is.

I'm 5'10, 184lbs and according to my HRM I burn from 8-10 calories per minute. It really depends on the effort I put in. So according to Jullian it would be 184/20 = 9 9x50 = 450 450/60 = 7.5 cals I burn way more than 450 calories in 1 hr at the gym.

I joined the group because my mother has had RA for almost 10 years. She has used several meds from plaquenil to embrel. Embrel was the best one according to her.
