Yeah, I didn't have people notice until I lost around 50 lbs. People who see you daily or even monthly may not notice for awhile.

It's just calories that make you feel full. It's good if you have cravings or feel like you are going to overeat because drinking this will satisfy you for hours. The taste isn't good with just the powder and water. I always have to add skim milk. It isn't as sweet and amazing as a milkshake... of course I'd rather have a…

That is definitely exciting. Great work!

I can tell you that a sugar addiction is a real thing. I've suffered with Binge Eating Disorder for most of my life. It is insane how similar my brain works to someone who is addicted to something like alcohol or drugs. It's not something you can just turn off or control easily. It's especially hard because people have to…

I love it. I have a FitBit One. My goal is to reach 15,000 steps/day.
-
That sounds right. Crab is very healthy and doesn't have many calories.

I have a FitBit One and love it. I don't have to do anything to make it work. I just wear it clipped to my pocket, and it automatically syncs.

That is really pricey! I would just try going to Aldi for cheap groceries (Fit and Active products are great there) and adapt a lifestyle change that will last the rest of your life with calories/food/health. As a side note: I just watched a video on YouTube about how diets started, how they became popular, and why they…

Interesting. I wouldn't have thought that but makes sense. I find that binge = sleepy, though. After consuming a lot of sugar, I feel so tired and crash within the hour.

Definitely disagree with this post, as women only benefit if they look a certain way. I look average, maybe less than that. lol And I have never had anything handed to me. Women are ignored and deemed useless by a sexist person unless the woman has perfect 10/10 looks.

I can understand your point. The surgery is expensive though. Mine would've been $5,000, but I got it discounted to $4,500 (still expensive). So maybe she has to save up the money while losing weight. Also it is something to look forward to if you have the weight loss part accomplished.

Me too! I had my glasses since the 3rd grade. I have my Lasik surgery scheduled for March 5th. I'm really excited to no longer have glasses. It'll be worth it.

Try to keep busy while watching the show or movie. You could jog in place or exercise, organize/clean your room, get your chores done, do homework or work, etc.

I think the image depicts how the media always makes everything look pixel perfect. It is controlled by the already enhanced burger, lighting effects, Photoshop, etc. The image shows a normal hamburger on the right, but it looks disgusting compared to the pixel-perfect one on the left. This misguides us on how we expect…

I have the FitBit One and recommend it. It does everything and clips on to your pants or in a pocket. It's not seen by the world like the wristbands are (sometimes you just don't want it to be visible!).

I'm a size 6. I started at a 14/16. I would like to get to a size 4.

I like the digital scales more just because I am into technology, but they definitely vary. I had a cheap digital scale for 2 years, and then I bought the Withings Smart Body Analyzer. My new Withings scale said I weighed 2 lbs less than the cheap digital scale. I have no idea which one is actually correct, lol. I like to…

I lose weight by eating between 1200 - 1400 calories each day and not eating back my exercise calories. Also when you are at a lower weight, it's harder/slower to lose weight.

I had BodyMedia last year and now I have a FitBit One. I like it! I think the BodyMedia was more accurate with calories burned and steps, but the FitBit is still good. For example, when I move my FitBit to a different pocket, it counts that movement as steps.

I used the BodyMedia Core for a year last year, and now I have the FitBit One. There are pros and cons to everything. When you mentioned tracking sleep, I believe "restlessness" from a FitBit and "lying down" from BodyMedia are the same features with different names. The only sleep difference I noticed is that FitBit…

I eat frozen meals and have no issues with them. However I do find that I still feel hungry after eating one.
