I too am sorry aboot your loss', I've been there too (twice). Hang in there, I found it helpful to talk about it with supportive friends. I eat when I'm down, it's hard to get out of that funk. Feel free to add me if you like. Hugs to you.

I get a tall skinny cinnamon dolce latte, 100 calories, 14g carbs, 13g sugar, & 9g protein. I also like the tall skinny mocha, 110 calories, 1g fat, 14 g carbs, 12g of sugar, & 11g protein. Try it!

I just got a Bowflex about 3 weeks ago and LOVE it! My manual gives several different workouts, but I think you might be interested in the Strength Training (3 days a week, 45-60 minutes). I just came across a post where someboyd suggested checking out this post: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/477666-eating-for-future-you-method. Haven't had a chance to fully read through it, but I'm thinking of toying with increasing my calories.

I'm in the same boat as you! Information I found on the internet says 900-1200 calories. I think I'm just going to have to play around with the calories over the next several weeks and see what works. I'm currently on 1000 per day. Are you eating your exercise calories back? I am not.

I just drink Crystal Light Fruit Punch or the Rasberry Lemonade, but I make it very diluted, I think it's way too sweet if you follow the directions.

Welcome! I'm new here too, but am hoping this site gets me on track. I had gastric bypass 7/2011 and have lost 82 lbs. My surgeon wants me down to 130 lbs, I'm 5'3", but I don't think it's a realistic goal, just changed my goal to 140.
