I am in. I did it back in April, not quite in May due to illness and finals, but I am back on track. So far this month 17.8 km all walking.

Do you have a smartphone? Download the app Cardio Trainer and turn it on. It will register how far you walk, and speed. I live by this app. It gives you a calorie reading and is just amazing.

I do not squeeze the lemons. I just cut up a few slices and throw it into the pitcher of water. I also add berries right into the water. Cucumber is a good one too. Fresh fruit is very expensive here so buying it frozen usually comes out better for me. However, I do buy bananas and spinach and freeze both of them.

To walk 160 km (last month I did 153 km) which is slightly more than 5 km a day To get out of the obese BMI and to get down to 89.9 kgs, currently at 93.9. To be able to run for a full 10 minutes. I am currently able to run 5-6 without keeling over.

I guess I am lucky, the tap water is amazing, and even bottled and sold in the US. When in the US I only drink Iceland Spring Water, only because I know exactly where it comes from.

Thanks. I went out for a walk and that cleared my head and I will break even today. I go to the gym 3-5 times a week so I am getting in more than just a walk each day, but walking is my go to exercise when I need to clear my head. My goal is to lose 24 more kgs. I have target dates for my next goal but I hope to be done by Feb 2013. My next target is to be down 5 kgs by May 31. I reached my target weight for April 30th last Thursday so I hope to keep it up.

I am no expert but I walk a lot! Last Saturday I walked 19.9 km. I walk anywhere from 5-20 km a day, both indoors and outside. I started this in April and I have lost 2 cm off of each thigh and a little over half a cm on each calf. I think you should give it a try.
