    I walk at least 5km a day plus go to the gym anywhere from 3-5 times a week. The next ten days will be difficult as I am taking finals but I plan to stay on track :)

    Here's to looking good for the summer!!! I do a kickboxing routine 3-4 times a week, and when I'm not doing that, an at-home strength training routine with aerobics built in with it, using some 5 pound dumbbells. I might shake it up a little and use the 8 pounders I have for some of the exercises, and I've already jumped things up a little by adding 2 more days to my routine for 7 days a week and 20 minutes each day. Already seeing some results, can't wait to see what I lose at the end of the month!!! GO MAGENTA!!! :bigsmile:

    I plan to start running (never done before) and joining a gym to do strength training (returning to it after many years).

    I am trying something new by making sure I give myself positive, daily affirmations that I can do this! I am focusing on stopping negative self-talk in it's tracks and turning those negative thoughts around into something positive. Most of the challenge for me is mental - We can do this!!!!

    I love this! I have a heard time with it tho. I have to force myself into thinking of what I HAVE done instead of what I have NOT done. Thanks for the reminder

    Hello Ladies, soooo I tried my something new which was taking a TRX Suspension class yesturday~ It was 30 minutes of awesomeness!!!!! I worked every part of my body using my body!

    Some suggestions for something new this month:

    TAKE A FITNESS CLASS YOU'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO TRY { ZUMBA, KICKBOXING, YOGA etc.}
    TRY A NEW HEALTHY MEAL
    TRY A NEW HEALTHY GREEN OR ANY TYPE OF SMOOTHIE
    CHALLENGE YOURSELF TO DRINK 3-4 LITERS OF WATER DAILY
    TRY A NEW WORKOUT DVD
