Same here...I obsess over food. Everyday I re-start my diet and by 5pm, I've blown it. If I don't exercise, i do even worse, which is terrible because that's when I need to exercise the most! weight watchers follows this approach by assigning "flex points". I would say it's safe to do, as long as you're not eating too low the rest of the week or you can throw your metabolism out of the window.

That's a little obsessive to me....just weigh once. I think you are looking for a lower number and if you just go with the one number the first time...chances are it will go down as you really lose weight. You're pulling strings to get a lower number.

The lift you are referring to is your diet. That's what acheives a flat stomach.

Look on your egg carton. It should tell you how many calories are in those particular eggs. You can either add them to the database or look for one that matches.

Doesn't always mean that they were the one that didn't try. Maybe it was the other person's unwillingness to try, or they(the other) had an affair. This is a very close minded view. IMHO
