I agree with everyone else. If I am going to have something I know will be high in calories (like bday cake last week) I adjust whatever else I am eating that day so I stay within my numbers. I am like you, I don't usually eat back my exercise calories so I am always between 1200 and 1300. Enjoy the little man's birthday…

OMG that's AWESOME!!! I haven't tried it with fritos, I add sweet pickles and olives...but fritos sounds fantastic! :tongue: I also like spaghettio's with ranch and olives....got on that kick when I was pregnant. Dipping french fries in my chocolate shake....pure heaven.

I didn't go out to eat with the rest of the family since I already had plans for what I was going to eat for dinner tonight. It would have thrown me over my calorie goals for the day. It was hard, I wanted to spend time with them, but I knew I'd have blown it with the food.

I do Zumba 5 to 7 days a week and i just started 30 Day Shred (5 days in). I am also eating 1200 calories a day and drinking more water. I have lost 22 lbs since mid March and 6 inches from my waist and 4 inches from my hips. I love it! I am addicted to Zumba 2 for the wii!

I will be starting Day 6, Level 1, when I get home. My calves have been tight but that could be the Zumba every night too. I do the Shred and then a mid-length Zumba class each night. The toughest part for me was the arms. I'm not the strongest person and I couldn't get through the strength portions without stopping…

Amen! I prefer to stick with my feeds with the friends I have made. Seems to me there are a lot of angry argumentative people out there. Punching a baby or throwing your computer at a puppy....haha....haven't heard those before. Actually had me laughing out loud on that one. :laugh:

Yes, weigh and measure everything (if not prepackaged or premade with a number already). I find it is helpful because I would probably under-estimate trying to fool myself. This way I know I am on track.

Taking the one a day multivitamin for women, healthy mind and body, and also glucosomine and chondrotin (for all the walking and workouts, make it easier on my kness) and gummy fiber. Definitely taking them with food otherwise they make me sick too.
