Thanks for the suggestions, all. I am always super hungry on the days that follow weight day, so I'm going to TRY to do my runs in the morning as well and then very much look forward to eating all day long after that. :D

Thanks! my main worry is that if I lift Mon/Wed/Fri and run the other days my legs will feel weak and my endurance will be at a low, especially for my long run of the week. I love running trails, and the hills are the best part, but are killer after doing squats/lunges etc. the day before. I would like to cut down on that…

Font of knowledge. Much appreciated. Allow me to rephrase... HOW can I still lift as heavy as I can so that I can retain/increase the enjoyable muscle gain and still be able to go on long runs without feeling like a ball of cramps?

I have the same problem! I do 10 minutes cardio machine / 40 minutes weight lifting / 10 minutes cardio machine then stretch when at the gym. If you enjoy doing your cardio outside, I would use the gym to fulfill other fitness needs.

I switched to non-aluminum as well. I use a deodorant crystal stick. It lets you sweat without stinking, and you can reapply it whenever. Also, it doesn't stain clothing or anything. :)

I used to really like that little notice... but then I realized it absolutely lies! I give it attention on days I do well and think "heck yeah I could be down 5 lbs in 5 weeks!" You can't take multivitamins on an empty stomach. Otherwise, yes, you will get super nauseous or throw it back up.
