I'm 5 6" and "big boned" as people put it. I would be ecstatic at 155! Was down to 157 a few years ago and in a size 10 but I didn't care about size. It was how i felt!
I agree with her! I am big boned as well so 160 is my goal weight and I'm 180 now. Started 240.0 -
Im 5,7 & my goal is 160, I wudnt mind being 155, but anything less, I'd look like Im on drugs! Happy Losing gals!:drinker:0

I do have a lot of muscle though and feel like anything lower and I'd lose my curves...0 -
I'm currently 163, but I'd love to get down to 140-145. I was there a few years ago and felt great

I've just started this weight loss journey. I'm weighing in at 187 and have set my goal to be 140. I was 117 when I got married and hovered around 125 after each pregnancy and I look too thin in pictures from that time in my life. So, I don't want to go lower than 130 - ever!0

I've had the same measurements for ever, around a size 10, but my weight has fluctuated between 130 and 145 over the years... and I liked it better at 145 because I had the muscles! I'd like to be a bit smaller, size 6 would be neat, but I have no idea how much that will weigh.
It's weird that I am size 10 right now, 131 lbs, but I caught myself getting BIGGER even though I weigh less. Turns out all that muscle weighed a lot and didn't take up a lot of space.0 -
I am shocked at so many tall people aiming for weights so low. I'm barely 5'4" and my goal is 120. Goodness...
We all need to focus on how our bodies look and body fat percentage and not the number on the scale. 115 at 5'7" cannot be healthy...0 -

I dont have an "official goal weight." It has been, is, and will always be about how I feel. Most charts state my "ideal weight" at 140 pounds. But I have been there, and looking back at photos.. I look bad. Sunken face. Pale skin. Limp hair.
I am thinking I will level off at between 150 to 155.

I'm 5'7" and my goal is 128-130. I'm about 135 currently. (my high weight) My body fat is 21%. My nutritionist says she would not want me any lower than 128.0

Well I am 188 lbs @ 5"10 w/large frame and muscular. Trying to get down to 165-170.. It's been a battle since losing the 1st 80 lbs.. But I will get there...0

I started at 355, my current goal is "under 200."
My ideal weight is 145, but if I can get to 160 I will call it even.
