    I'm a closer to 5'8" then 5"7 and have never been smaller than a size 8 even when I was a varsity swimmer in college. I started at 180, currently at 165 and trying for 145. But realistically 150ish is probably good.

    My initial goal is 175 which will be 100 lbs lost. I don't know if I'll try to get lower, it's been such a journey just to get where I am. :)

    I started out at 144 pounds on January 17, size 8. My goal was 130, but when I got to about 134 I decided I'd like something in the 120s. So, now my goal is 128. Right now I'm at 130, size 4, and around 15% body fat. Almost to goal!

    I'm currently 189.6, looking to get down to 160ish, maintaining my current 128.5 pounds of lean mass.

    my goal right now is 150... that's 200 pounds away! but I'll get there... after that I'll re-evaluate!

    I'm 5' 7.5". My goal weight is 135, but I might go a little lower once I get there. I lived most of my adult life at 118, we'll see.

    I'm 5'6" and my goal is around 140lbs (65kgs). I find it hard to make a estimate of what weight i would like to be at because i have an athletic frame not a skinny one. I just want to be healthy.

    I'm 190 now, aiming for 150. Was 135 to 140 in my thirties, would love to get back to that weight!

    I am 5'8" and my goal weight is 160.. I think if I went any lower, I would look way too thin. :) I am currently at 180 and wear a size 10 jeans..

    I'm 5 6" and "big boned" as people put it. I would be ecstatic at 155! Was down to 157 a few years ago and in a size 10 but I didn't care about size. It was how i felt!

    I agree with her! I am big boned as well so 160 is my goal weight and I'm 180 now. Started 240.

    I am the same way! I was 217 when I started this journey. I got down to 147 and my family said I was too thin. I am currently at 155 and am very happy where I am at. My only goal right now is to tone and continue to stay healthy. It is much more than a number, I am wearing a size 8 (I still have thighs :-)) but am very content when I look in the mirror!

    I am almost 5'7 and I weigh 155lbs. and would love to be back to 135lbs. I think the weight "thing" alsodepends on your body type. Good Luck!

    I'm 5'8 and my goal weight is 165. I weighed 145 in highschool and was very, very thin. I don't want to lose what I've been blessed with after having my kids! =)

    I'm 150 and a size 6. I have a really small "boy" frame though - no hips/curves.

    I am 5"8 and hoping to get down to around 160lbs, it's more than I used to be pre-fat but in all honesty, I don't want to be constantly watching what I eat to maintain a lower weight.

    I am 5' 7" and currently sitting mid 180's but I want to get to 160. Workin' on it with Insanity, but at the moment Insanity has put muscle on me so I'm putting on a couple pounds. Which I can deal with. I just want to be in my 9 jeans again (old school 9's not the new 9's that are more like 3's). But in the end inches matter more to me than pounds. I use to be 115 but I never want to be that small again, I looked nasty-like I needed to eat a few happy meals! So post baby I just want to look healthy!

    5"7 and my ultimate goal would be 150, anything under that would be a bonus, I was 280 at my heaviest, my scale is down and out so I won't get weighed until Wed at the doc but I am pretty sure I am in the 230's by now
  • I'm 5'7 but have a large frame for my height, so much to the point were I was able to wear at size 4 when I was 150 LOL.

    My current goal is 145, but I have been told by professionals that for my frame that just might be too low? I'm at 190 now, I'll have to see once I get closer to my goal:)

    I'm currently @ 160.8, started @ 191. I'd like to get back down to around 130 as I really like that weight. However, anything that'll get me into a size 8 pants will work cause that's what's really important.

    Same here! My goal is 155ish. I think a size 10 would be fantastic. :) I started at 235, currently 175ish.

    :smile: It all depends on how much body fat and muscle you have, and your bone size. As long as it is a healthy weight for your frame. I am 155.5 currently and my goal is 142-135. I was 110 in high school but felt I was too thin and wanted to gain weight then.

    Me too, except I'm 171.5 right now. According to the "wrist test" I'm thick boned, so anything less I don't really look healthy. I was in the 130/140s in college and I look back and pictures and I was too thin. I used the "true weight" calculator on the Dukan Diet website (http://www.dukandiet.com/Calculate-your-True-Weight) and it told me my true weight is 161. I'd be happy there, but really I'm more concerned about getting my body fat %age down and looking/feeling good. Last time I checked it (about a month ago) my body fat was at 31%. I'd like to have it down around 25%.

    Though I'm 5'7", I'm built pretty slender, and at my top weight of 143, looked pretty gross. Goal is 126. That's my not-too-skinny/toned/healthy ideal.

    i am 5'7 and my goal weight is between 125 and 130 I use to only weigh 99lbs but that was way to thin
