Maybe it's a bad pic but I don't think you look muscular. Keep hitting the weights hard. You won't get unattractively big by simply consuming a normal amount of calories and lifting.

I am 5'9 200 lbs and when I do HIIT and or long runs I burn 1000 calories an hour. (heart rate monitor, avg heart rate around 180) I bet your calorie burn is pretty accurate

Definitely eat something. I usually just have a bigger caloric deficit the next day to get back on track.

I bike to work 5 days a week, but its only 4 miles each way lol. Biking to work is so satisfying. And you save a TON on gas / parking. Good luck!!!

Yea just eat them if you are hungry. Don't eat them if you are not. You look pretty slim already, so its not like 1200 is THAT low for you. If you had a lot of weight to lose 1200 would be bad probably.

That is awesome. If my work had shower I would love to run a few days a week, but they dont. I get pretty sweaty biking, but I usually try to fan off before I come into work so I can cool down ha ha

so true. It takes me less time to get to work now that I bike lol. I did not have a parking pass (55 / month ..) so I had to park in the free parking and walk or take the bus 3/4 a mile, so It takes me 16 minutes to get to work now, as opposed to 30 minutes driving. After my cooldown (walking to my car etc) / stretching. It really wont make a big difference. An extra 5 minutes of low heart rate is only like an extra 25 calories for me.

No sorry, But I have been playing DDR for exercise a little. I play on heavy (which is a higher difficulty) and I burn about 950 calories / hour (Heart rate monitor ... its accurate) It is super fun, I would try it.
