Does anyone else have this problem?

I can be fine all day, but then late at night ~ sometimes in the middle of the night even ~ I get cravings for something. Usually it doesn't matter what ~ my brain just wants something to munch on. I try not to keep anything beside me because I won't get up to get anything so if it's not within my reach I'm good. I'm sure part of the reason is because I don't eat until later at night and then I work out after I eat [I've been doing this for a long time because it's so much easier to eat after the cat has gone to bed and after my family has been here to help me out in the bathroom for the last time of the day, so I can just relax for the night.] Also, my calorie intake is typically in the "starvation mode" level, which I never realized until I started recording my meals.

Any suggestions as to how I can curb this craving? Thanks!

Eat more. Get out of "starvation mode".

Thanks. I set a goal for myself to add an additional snack in the day. It's hard to fathom eating MORE when you're already considered obese, but if it will help I'll try ... Baby steps ... =o)
