You may want to get some blood work done if the shin splints keeps coming back. You may be deficient in certain vitamins etc.

Find a way to get adequate sleep (which you can because your schedule doesn't seem too hectic) and wake up an hour early to workout before work. ETA: my schedule is very erratic but when I work nights I usually workout after I get back from work and sleep for several hours

Maybe your friends and / or family can sign up with MFP and help motivate you still? There are many tools in MFP to help motivate you like the success section etc. You can also ask questions on different treads

Enjoy it but don't over indulge, drink water before and after dinner. You will be fine :) Sorry I forgot to add that you should probably not arrive at the restaurant very hungry because then you'll eat a lot that's a trick I learned last Thanksgiving

Aww that helps thank you so much. I exercise regularly and don't drink enough water but I will work harder to consume more water and take breaks here and there. Get this. I even shaved my legs to see if that would move the scale lol "desperate times calls for desperate measures."

I am losing a decent amount of inches everywhere but my scale is not budging! I know that I would rather lose inches but its still bothers me a little that I am not losing in pounds. What should I do to get over this hump/bump?

Burned 900 calories today doing 60minutes of Arch Trainer by Cybex at the gym. I am feeling good!

I have a juicer and I have no problem with your juicing diet. However, I love food too much to follow that diet. I do however try to replace one meal with juice.
