Not only do I have a degree in the medical field but I am also still studying and going for a second degree. The OP does not have a disease however, she does have issues with overeating which should be addressed. FYI being a housewife doesn't make you an expert in this issue.

Do what works for you. For me it doesn't really matter when I eat as long as I don't go to bed right after. I usually don't eat anything 2to 3 hours before bedtime because I'd become restless with full stomach.

If I burn 600 calories at the gym I always put 100 calories less when I record it on MFP so it will be 500 or a little less. Then I eat back anywhere from 0 to 30 percent. It works for me.
