    *both hands up* I did kettlebells while playing an old Panic at the Disco cd (can't stand xmas music) then I listened to an audiobook when I did a half hour on the elliptical. I'm not sure I'd bother if I had to go to a gym, so props to those who traveled for their xmas morning training!

    Yep, all done! FitnessBlender 1,000 Calorie workout (I don't burn 1,000 with it though), and one hour of yoga. Had to get up early so that kiddo didn't have to wait too long to open presents.

    I went for a walk though. 2 hours of fun in the 20 degree weather. Though I got to break in my new Sony MDR-1R headphones.

    Just got back from the gym. The extra $10 a month I pay for 24 hour access has been well worth it! Been hitting it at 3:30 am 2 days a week before work also. Was kind of surprised that there were so many people there. The gym is located very close to a college campus and a lot of students have memberships. I guess not everyone went home for Christmas~

    Nope...Tuesdays and Thursdays are my lifting days...I would typically go for a ride today, but too much Christmas going on. I did split some wood for the fire this morning though.

    Did Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred & 10 minutes of ab work.
    I enjoy exercise and had time before my mum got back from work and we kicked-off Crimbo. Just took pooch for a nice long afternoon walk too.

    Will probably do indoor stuff like abs work and squats. But i'm proud of myself for clocking in two miles and 20 mins of strength training last night after Christmas Eve dinner :)
