I may be a bit late on this one but if you are putting it in to a 13 x 9 pan you are probably going to cut it in to squares which should put you at 9 -12 servings depending on how big you cut the square. I would enter the recipe on the spark recipe site and figure 9 servings. The figure I come up with is 63.3333 calories…

It is worth it! If you are interested there is a body pump class at most rec centers and I see that you live in Colorado so I will tell you they offer a ton of different times in Castle Rock! I go two times a week when my kids are in school and it is fabulous! Fast paced weight lifting!

I teach Mat Pilates and it really is a great way to improve flexibility as well as tone and tighten up! I recommend a mat class, it definitely gives you the best bang for your buck.
