I get up at 3:30 AM for work and these things seem to work for me: Scrambled tofu with tomatoes, spinach, and sometimes mushrooms or onions. I make this the night before and just microwave it in the morning. Whey protein shake, one tablespoon of peanut butter Quinoa made to resemble oatmeal with vanilla extract, almonds,…

Hmmm I am not a professional, so I don't want to sway your opinions. But I'd say try exercising (if you are not) to work up an appetite to eat healthy foods.

Its ok to have a treat every once and awhile. Just don't make it an everyday thing. You could certainly fill those calories with healthier foods. But if you really want the chocolate..Go for it!

a few people have mentioned: wasabi peas and pop chips. trader joe's has some interesting variations to chips ones made from rice/beans as well as lentil chips.

I eat it for breakfast sometimes as well, but I add vanilla extract, cinnamon, almonds, and rice milk. So good!

Quitters never win! Its not going to be easy and its not going to be quick...but hang in there. You deserve to wear a swimsuit on your holiday. You can make your family and yourself proud! Just stick with it and you will lose the weight!

I do the same thing with coffee. I just track the rice milk that I use in it. I use Splenda to sweeten it and I do not track that either.

I actually have the same issue. I know its better to just weigh in once per week, but its hard to break the habit. If you live with someone else it may be a good idea to ask them to hide the scale or keep it in their room. For you weigh in, you can ask them for it.

How about raspberries? They are a lot lower in sugar.

If you enter your weight on the machine, trust that. MFP gives an estimate, whereas the machine knows what speed at which you were working.
