  • I am soon to have a 2 year old and a 1 year old (5th june & 7th june) had them 12mo apart so put on alot of weight and struggling to get it off
  • More than a few times i have ended up with about 400 calories left but about 5 fat left... what do you do? make sure you eat the calories, or when you go over your fat just leave the calories and not eat anymore? Im not sure if i should be sticking within the fat strictly or making sure i use my calories.. thanks :smile:

  • Welcome I just joined today too, my biggest downfall is the snacking on bad things like crisps! (my fav!) it will be hard but replacing it with something healthy like nuts, crackers, fruit etc will help! good luck x
