I LOVE unsweetened plain almond milk in my coffee. So much so, that I completely dislike cows milk in my coffee now. If I can't make my own almond milk, I get Silk because it at least doesn't have carrageenan in it.

I hear ya! I have 3 kids, 6, 4, and 3. I will do my best to work out after they are asleep for the night (no more naps). Occasionally I will work out while they are awake in the day, and will set them up with some coloring books and some blocks and will do my work out. It doesn't always pan out to be the most productive…

I totally suggest getting an accountability partner! Someone who will work out with you x amount of times per week and you can keep each other motivated!
