They are good if you add some cinnamon and baking powder and maybe vanilla and then top them with lots of syrup

I've been watching this thread and plan to try these. The recipe make 3 pancakes. I believe the 249 is for all three pancakes and mot just one.

They taste more like french toast to me than pancakes, but like I said, I love them! Just wanted to throw that out there.

Made them for breakfast this morning but only 1 egg. Pretty yummy. Got me thinking I might try this with peaches.

I've made these for a few years now and have tried many different variations. I usually add in some pure vanilla and cinnamon. But, I've also tried throwing some almonds into my blender first to give it more texture and a slightly less egg taste. The idea is to cook them in a super tiny pan in order to make flipping easier. Also, I serve them to my kids and myself like crepes, rolled up with berries and greek yogurt inside and drizzled with maple syrup! :)

Can't sleep - thinking of breakfast

I like this. It seemed like a lot of food for not that many calories, and very versatile

These are really good. I usually add a bit of honey, almond butter and cinnamon.

I saw this recipe a few months ago, and now I make them every weekend- with one variation.

    For two people:
    2 ripe mashed bananas
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup of oats

They are AMAZING. My husband and I look forward to them every weekend.
